  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Order Modifications: Contact us immediately at support_x@163.com to modify or cancel. Changes are only possible before packing.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
We ship to the United States and Europe. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping to the United States:
    • Standard: 10–18 business days after dispatch.
    • Expedited: 5–10 business days after dispatch (available for most regions).
  • Shipping to Europe:
    • Standard: 12–22 business days after dispatch.
    • Expedited: 7–14 business days after dispatch (available to most countries).

Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

3. Packaging & Handling
Every plush toy is carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect, huggable condition.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. Delivery & Responsibility

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We’re not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.
  • Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, our liability ends.
  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability may incur additional reshipping/storage fees.

6. Shipping Issues

  • Lost in Transit: Contact us if tracking shows no updates for over 20 business days (US/Europe).
  • Damaged Upon Arrival: Inspect promptly. Notify us within 48 hours at support_x@163.com with order number and photos of damage.
